End-of-School-Year Celebration

On the last weekend of June, the charming streets of Rimetea were once again filled with laughter and games, as we held our now traditional three-day end-of-school-year celebration!

As more cars arrived on Friday evening, the excitement only grew. Everyone enjoyed the chance to relax and chat, while eagerly anticipating Saturday’s closing ceremony, held separately for each group.

All three groups of our kindergarten prepared diligently to surprise parents with performances full of poems, songs, games, and elements of storytelling. After the emotional moments of the ceremony, families were invited to join an afternoon village adventure, where teams explored different points in Rimetea through fun, skill-based activities.

Following dinner, we gathered around the campfire, singing along to guitar tunes, chatting, and enjoying the warm atmosphere. But the adventures didn’t stop there—Sunday was dedicated to hiking! After breakfast, we set off to visit the Rimetea mines. The trail was thrilling, the company delightful, and the surrounding nature simply stunning.

In our free time, there were plenty of opportunities for soccer, biking, splashing in water, enjoying ice cream, or simply soaking up the sunshine! It was a fulfilling and family-oriented weekend spent together.
